About Me

I majored in Philosophy, studied Behavior Science with B.F. Skinner at Harvard, spent decades studying and practicing in several spiritual communities, and have tried to make a difference in education and organizational performance Improvement. I’m a Progressive when it comes to my political views.

You can learn more about me by perusing this web site, and other URLs you will find. I created it because, despite having a strong presence on social media and several professional web sites, there’s no one place where it all comes together for me. I wanted to have a place to share my ideas, insights and interests, cutting across the various communities and fields of interest of which I’m a part. And I wanted to have a way to test my thinking, to see what others have to say about various topics.

It will evolve as I find time to add links and content. Much of my “content” will often include comments or pointers to the work of other people whom I admire. Mostly, i wanted to create a place for a blog, to “own” my content rather than giving it to social media, and letting it scroll down the screen to oblivion.

Here, once we get a little more done on it, you’ll find a single connection to my publications, some of my photographs, a bit of poetry and blogging, links to my social media locations, including YouTube, and other stuff as it continues to evolve. I see this web site as an invitation to engage for whomever might be interested across a broad range of topics. And I always like to pass on what I have learned from many great mentors to others, because so many have given me so many great gifts of ideas, insights, frameworks and concepts. And more.

As I continue to evolve personally, and find time to assemble this site, I hope I can create something that is thought-provoking, interesting, entertaining, or informative for you. In the mean time, I think my friend, Yasmine Rafii is a wonderful photographer, and she’s taken the photos of me on this site, so far.
